Satisfaction guarantee

At Mosaic we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return the item and packaging in the same condition they were delivered in and we will organise an exchange or refund. Note any refund will be less the cost of freight incurred.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty against defects on workmanship and materials used. This does not cover indirect, incidental or consequential damages. To claim a warranty, please use the contact form on this website and quote the original invoice number.

Delivery

Express post is available if required, however extra charges will apply. Orders will be dispatched within two business days unless otherwise notified.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within seven days of placing your order. If the item has already been dispatched it will need to be returned at your own cost or this will be deducted from your final refund. You will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation.
